Anaerobic Bottle
Anaerobic bottles are commonly used glass containers in laboratories, primarily for cultivating microorganisms under anaerobic conditions.
Product Features:
① Made of high borosilicate glass, the material is uniform and has good chemical stability.
② High transparency, facilitating monitoring of the experimental process.
③ Can be sterilized at 121°C or 134°C.
④ Can withstand 2-3 atmospheres (i.e., 202kPa-304kPa).
⑤ The thickened anaerobic bottle supports sterilization with a cap, and the solution can be safely filled to the neck of the bottle.
⑥ Available in various specifications to meet different experimental needs.
Precautions:
① Test the airtightness before use to avoid leakage causing sample failure.
② Sample transfer should be rapid to reduce exposure to air.
③ When vacuuming, pay attention to the pressure bearing capacity of the bottle to avoid breakage. Flammable samples should be handled under inert gas, and the purity of the inert gas should be >99.99% to avoid the influence of residual oxygen.
④ Ordinary anaerobic bottles cannot be sterilized at high temperatures with the cap on, to avoid internal stress causing breakage.
⑤ After high-temperature sterilization, the cap can be closed, but not tightly immediately. The bottle is still at a high temperature after sterilization, and closing the cap tightly will cause a pressure difference between the inside and outside, leading to bottle breakage or the bottom falling off.
⑥ For long-term storage, the air pressure should be checked regularly. Some biological samples require refrigeration and protection from light.
⑦ As a glass product, please handle with care to avoid damage from dropping.
