Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and metallurgical industries for mixing and stirring liquids or powders.
Feature:
1. High Temperature and Corrosion Resistance: Inert to most chemicals and solvents, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
2. High Lubricity: Low coefficient of friction.
3. Low Temperature Resistance: Good mechanical toughness; maintains 5% elongation even at low temperatures.
4. Non-Adhesive: Low surface tension; does not adhere to other substances.
Precautions：
1. This product should be stored away from ferrous materials and other magnetic materials, as these materials will affect the magnetism of the magnetic stir bar, causing it to weaken and thus affecting its performance.
2. The container must be made of non-ferromagnetic material, and copper and aluminum containers should be avoided as much as possible. The bottom must be smooth and the thickness must not exceed 10mm.
3. The stir bar has a polytetrafluoroethylene shell and contains a permanent magnet. However, it should not be used for extended periods in high-temperature environments (200°C and above) to prevent demagnetization.
