Precautions:
1. Liquid Filling Control: Liquid volume ≤ 70-80% of tube volume (allow expansion space);
2. Adapter Compatibility: Small-volume tubes must use a matching adapter to ensure stable center of gravity;
3. Tube Inspection: Check for cracks/deformation/aging before use; replace promptly after multiple uses;
4. Proper Capping: After centrifugation, let stand for 1 minute, then slowly tilt at a 45-degree angle to open the cap to prevent aerosol splashing; biological samples must be handled in a biosafety cabinet;
5. The performance of centrifuge tubes will decrease with repeated use; multiple uses are not recommended.
