Also known as polymerase chain reaction. NDA is a technique for amplifying and amplifying specific DNA fragments, which increases the number of NDA fragments exponentially. Before the advent of PCR technology, people used DNA samples very carefully when conducting DNA research, because before the PCR technology of in vitro amplification, each DNA sample was very precious, and researchers had to use sparingly. The advent of PCR technology has broken this limitation. It's similar to DNA replication in the body, which is a special kind of DNA replication in the body, wherever we can isolate a little bit of DNA, we can amplify it with PCR.

The PCR process can be roughly divided into three steps: denaturation - annealing - extension.

Denaturation (90℃-96℃): Double stranded DNA template under heat, hydrogen bond breaks, forming single stranded DNA.

Annealing: (60℃-65℃): the system temperature decreases and the primer binds to the DNA template to form a local double strand.

Elongation: (70℃-75℃): Under the action of Taq enzyme (about 72℃, the best activity), using dNTP as raw material, starting from the 3 'end of the primer and extending from 5' to 3 'end, the DNA chain complementary to the template is synthesized.
