Notes
1. Leak Test
Before use, rinse the container with water, tighten the knob, and stand upright to check for leaks.
2. Washing
After soaking in 5% chromic acid solution, rinse with water first, then rinse with distilled water.
3. Rinse
Before filling, rinse with a small amount of standard solution 2-3 times.
Tips:
Acidic and alkaline burettes should not be used interchangeably. Acidic burettes should not be filled with alkaline solutions, and alkaline burettes should not be filled with solutions that are corrosive to the rubber tubing (strongly oxidizing or acidic).
