Application on the micro PCR tubes
1. Basic research of nucleic acid, genomic cloning;
2. Single stranded DNA was prepared by asymmetric PCR for DNA sequencing;
3. The unknown DNA region was determined by reverse PCR;
4. Reverse transcription PCR is used to detect the level of gene expression, the amount of RNA virus in cells and the cDNA of specific genes directly cloned;
5. Fluorescence quantitative PCR is used for real-time monitoring of PCR products;
6. Rapid amplification of cDNA ends;
7. Detect gene expression.
