Main use: Usually used for the cultivation of Escherichia coli in fermentation engineering, genetic engineering and molecular biology.
Ingredients: Tryptone 10.0g/L, yeast extract 5.0g/L, sodium chloride 5.0g/L, agar 15.0g/L.
Usage: Weigh 35.0g of this product, add 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat until completely dissolved, divide into packages, sterilize at 121℃ for 15min, pour into a sterile plate, wait for solidification, and set aside.
Note: The final pH value of the culture medium should be adjusted to 7.0±0.2 to ensure the best growth environment for microorganisms.
02 LB BROTH

Main use: Usually used for bacterial enrichment culture.
Ingredients: Tryptone 10.0g/L, yeast extract 5.0g/L, sodium chloride 10.0g/L.
Usage: Weigh 25.0g of this product, add 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat until completely dissolved, divide into portions, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15min.
Note: The final pH value of the culture medium should be adjusted to 7.0±0.2 to ensure the best growth environment for microorganisms.
03 NUTRIENT AGAR

Main uses: Usually used for general bacterial culture, transfer, rejuvenation and bacterial growth, etc.
Ingredients: peptone 10.0g/L, beef extract powder 3.0g/L, sodium chloride 5.0g/L, agar 15.0g/L.
Usage: Weigh 33.0g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1L distilled water, divide into triangular bottles, sterilize at 121℃ for 15min, and set aside.
Note: The final pH value of the culture medium should be adjusted to 7.3±0.1 to ensure the best growth environment for microorganisms.
04 NUTRIENT BROTH

Main use: usually used for general bacterial enrichment culture, etc., and also used for disinfection effect assessment.
Ingredients: peptone 10.0g/L, beef extract 3.0g/L, sodium chloride 5.0g/L.
Usage: weigh 18.0g of this product, add it to 1L distilled water or deionized water, stir, heat and boil until completely dissolved, divide into packages, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15min.
Note: The final pH value of the culture medium should be adjusted to 7.4±0.2 to ensure the best growth environment for microorganisms.
05 TSA AGAR

Main use: A universal nutrient medium for the cultivation of various microorganisms.
Ingredients: Tryptone 15.0g/L, soytone 5.0g/L, sodium chloride 5.0g/L, agar 15.0g/L.
Usage: Weigh 40.0g of this product, add 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, dispense into triangular bottles, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15min. When the culture medium cools to about 50℃, pour it into a sterilized plate, wait for solidification, and set aside.

06 TSB

Main use: used for microbial nutrition and bacterial growth.
Ingredients: Tryptone 17.0g/L, soy peptone 3.0g/L, sodium chloride 5.0g/L, glucose 2.5g/L, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate 2.5g/L.
Usage: Weigh 30g of this product, add 1L of distilled water or deionized water, stir and heat to boil until completely dissolved, dispense into test tubes or triangular flasks, and sterilize at 121℃ for 15min.
Note: The final pH value of the culture medium should be adjusted to 7.3±0.2 to ensure the best growth environment for microorganisms.
Precautions
Accurate weighing: Prepare the culture medium according to the instructions for use, and weigh accurately.
Personal protection: Pay attention to dust when weighing, and wear a mask when operating to avoid discomfort in the respiratory system.
Reasonable storage: Tighten the bottle cap of the dry powder culture medium immediately after use to avoid moisture absorption and agglomeration, and store it in a dark and dry place.
