General nucleic acid detection process:
1. Sample collection: Use swabs for samples at designated locations.
2. Transport the sample to the laboratory.

Gloves: BKMAM Bio provides disposable latex gloves and disposable nitrile gloves. There are independent packaging and pull-out packaging to choose from, which can be used not only in nucleic acid detection, but also in various experimental scenarios.
2. Sample transfer:
BKMAM Biohazard bag sample transport bag: The sampling tube is sealed twice during transportation to ensure safe transportation. The sample transport bag provides a writable area for easy identification of different samples.
3. Extract nucleic acid:
Pipette Tips: BKMAM pipette tips are highly adaptable and can fit most pipettes on the market. PP material can withstand high temperature and high pressure sterilization. At the same time, we provide tips with filter to ensure that aerosol contamination is avoided during the entire nucleic acid detection process, thereby avoiding cross-contamination between samples and ensuring the safety of experimenters.
Microcentrifuge tubes: up to 18,000 revolutions. During the experiment, avoid damage caused by excessive rotation speed and ensure the safety of the experiment. Enzyme-free and pyrogen-free.
Deep-well plate: in line with international standard size (SBS), suitable for multi-channel pipettes and automated pipetting workstations. Enzyme-free and pyrogen-free. High temperature and high pressure sterilization. The maximum withstand centrifugal force is 4000g.
Magnetic rod cover: The magnetic rod cover can be used in the experimental process of nucleic acid extraction with the deep well plate.
4. PCR reaction:
PCR tube/eight tube/plate: BKMAM provides different types of PCR consumables. Whether you need PCR tube or PCR board, you'll find it in our factory to meet your needs. In addition, we provide a variety of options in terms of product lids (flat and convex), colors (white and clear), skirt types(non skirted, simi-skirted and full skirted), and volumes (0.1 and 0.2mL).
For qPCR, we recommend that you choose white color. Compared with transparent, white can reduce the refraction phenomenon of fluorescence on the tube wall and ensure the fidelity of the fluorescence signal to the highest degree. While the PCR version with skirt is suitable for your handling in automated applications, the skirt provides a support area for the automated robotic gripper.
PCR sealing film: We have two kinds of sealing film, adhesive type and pressure-sensitive type. Both can be used to seal the plate during PCR. But for qPCR we only recommend the use of pressure-sensitive membranes, because the adhesive membrane will greatly affect the permeability of the fluorescent signal.
5. Post-detection processing:
High temperature medical waste bags: All medical waste generated during the testing process needs to be sterilized by high temperature and high pressure. Therefore, we provide special autoclavable bags that can withstand high temperature and high pressure, which can be sterilized by packaging directly after use.
High temperature sealing strip: assists in the sealing of autoclavable bags. Can be sterilized with garbage bags.
