Precautions:
Aseptic Procedure: Operate under sterile conditions to avoid contamination. Disinfect the work surface, tools, and hands before use.
Storage: Unused plates should be stored in a refrigerator at 2-8°C, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
Preheating: After removing from the refrigerator, allow the plates to return to room temperature before use to prevent condensation from affecting microbial growth.
Avoid Overexposure: Use plates as soon as possible after opening the package to minimize exposure to air.
