1. When in use, the pipette should be cleaned and drained naturally.
2. Moisten and wash with the solution to be measured for 2-3 times, and pinch the place above the pipe neck marking with the right thumb and middle finger.
3. Take a ball in your left hand and gently suck up the solution. Pay attention to the rising liquid level with your eyes.
4. When the liquid level rises to about 1cm above the marking line, quickly block the pipe orifice with the index finger of your right hand.
5. Take out the pipette and dry the lower end and outer wall of the pipette with filter paper.
6. Slightly loosen the index finger of the right hand to make the liquid level drop slowly until the concave liquid level is tangent to the marking line.
7. Then move the pipette into the container ready to receive the solution and make its outlet tip contact the wall.
8. The container tilts slightly and the pipette stands upright to make the solution flow freely down the wall.
9. At this time, there is still a drop of liquid at the tip of the blowing pipe.
